For a long time I became absolutely fascinated by the mind, how it works, how much we live in our minds, and how much our lives get formed and manifested by the way we look at things. Also having had my own tough personal experiences and also witnessed those of people around me, I have started to walk the path of ‘Personal Development’. This is where a new journey began for me. I started reading every book, attending seminars and gaining knowledge in the field of Personal Development. From self-help courses, metaphysics, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, human behaviour and everything in between, I couldn’t get enough. Through this I also decided to study to become a Certified Life Coach.

My passion for the hospitality however, has never died, and having still been passively involved in that industry, I have realised that in all those trainings I have done in my years in NYC and Berlin, everything was always based on the skillset and the well-beings of the guests, which is all well, but not so much focus has been placed on the well-beings of the employees. And this is when my Coaching-Brain kicked in and from that AHA-Moment, I have started to create a synergy between those two - the traditional hospitality training & the Empowerment & Motivation of the employees through coaching, a field that is so widely overlooked in service delivery training. And this is how my own unique approach to the Hospitality Training was born.

Since then I have held numerous trainings for hundreds of employees in several African countries, which greatest success.

I feel forever grateful to not only make business more successful, but also to empower those, who never had the opportunity to really be shown their full potential within.
